August 6^th  At the general membership meeting a vote was taken to overturn the previous vote to go with Wentworth Security Solutions, this due to the fact that Wentworth has continued to avoid our communications. It should also be noted that a complete signed contract was not executed and no deposit of funds ever took place.

The vote passed unanimously, other quotes will now be entertained at the next Executive Committee Meeting on August 11^th.

JULY 24^th  We have experienced a delay in the installation of the CCTV system for the Post. A complete update will be given at the August Legionnaires meeting at 7:00pm

JUNE 15^th  We have raised enough in donations to purchase the system, THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed. The system has been ordered and we hope to have it installed before the July 12^th meeting,
by Wentworth Security Solutions LLC of Port Orange, FL..

Post CCTV Security System

The membership has approved the purchase of a closed circuit television camera security system at the June general membership meeting. Due to the upcoming annual liability insurance premium and also the balance amount due on the new roof, Past Commander Johnny Jones motioned for a special member donations fund that he would that he would head up, for the purchase of this system.

The motion carried unanimously and he began to collect donations after the meeting.
