Meeting was called to order at 1912 hours by
Commander Robbie Bacom.
A quorum of 12 members present.
Chaplain Nagel gave opening prayer.
Guest speaker, Corey Glaner of Legion Riders
#283, spoke of a fundraiser through the USO for
Telephone Cards for our Troops.
Patty O’Callahan read minutes from the OCT
Executive Committee Meeting, Motion by Dan
Wortmann, seconded by Sonny Kirkwood, minutes
accepted as read. Patty O’Callahan read minutes
from the OCT General Meeting, Motion by Sonny
Kirkwood, seconded by Dan Wortmann, minutes
accepted as read.
New Member, Gilbert was voted on, motion made by
Patty O’Callahan, seconded by Rod Garing, new
member accepted.

Vice commander Read his report,
attached and discussed the Early Bird Dinner
to be scheduled for Early April, to include
Prime Rib and all the fixins.. He also gave his
web site
report, motion to accept by Dan Wortmann,
seconded by Rod Garing, reports accepted as
read.

Chuck Kees made a motion that we donate $300 to
the Phone Home cards presented earlier by Corey
Glaner, Dan Wortmann seconded the motion, motion
passed.
CDR Bacom reminded everyone to participate in
the upcoming Veteran’s Day Event at the PVV
Cemetery & the post luncheon afterwords.

the upcoming District #5 Meeting and dinner
afterwords.
Dan Wortmann reported on the painting status of
the Outdoor Pavillion.
Don Mills discussed the possibility of
installing a fireplace in the outdoor pavilion,
Patty O’Callahan, Outdoor Pavillion Chairperson
invited Don to attend the upcoming Pavillion
meeting for further discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 1936 hours.
