Minutes of the general meeting Oct 4, 2007.

9 officers, 3 members and SAL Comdr Tex Ward were present.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Three new members were read in and approved. Clen Ward reviewed the Post 400 club progress with Roy H. and Rod G.

House committee is in progress of reviewing the Trivia program, pool table issue and incident reports. The executive committee will review the incident issues next week.

The finance report was reviewed along with building repairs.

Chaplain Bob Nagel discussed foul language problem with reminder that the sign is posted prominently.

More discussion on the building repairs and extra cost was reviewed. Melvin A. agreed to donate $100.00 on the spot to assist with paint.

The wounded warriors program was reviewed. The Golf Tournament Sept 1^st  contributed $400.00 to the Patriots Day program.

The State fall conference is scheduled for Oct 19^th to 21^st .

Finance Officer Steve Hutchinson and Executive Board member Ray Williams were approved by acclimation.

Old business reviewed the upcoming district meeting here on Oct 7^th .

New business – none.
